Our CNC milling department is built around a range of Haas machining centres covering 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis work. Our capacity supports prototype, development and repeat production work.

Haas Mini Mill (3-Axis)

  • Ideal for: Smaller precision parts and quick jobs

Haas VF2 / VF2SS (4-Axis)

  • Quantity: 4 machines (VF2 x3, VF2SS x1)

  • Spindle range: 7,500 to 12,000 RPM
  • Configuration: Two VF2 machines at 7,500 RPM, one VF2 at 8,100 RPM and one VF2SS at 12,000 RPM

Haas VF4 (4-Axis)

  • Travel: 1270 x 508 x 635mm (XYZ)
  • Spindle range: 7,500 to 8,100 RPM
  • Configuration: One VF4 at 7,500 RPM and two VF4 machines at 8,100 RPM

Haas UMC-750 (5-Axis)

  • Spindle: 8,100 RPM
  • Ideal for: Complex multi-face machining

Haas VF4SS + Nikken (5-Axis)

Milling Capacity Overview
