Pre-Production Review
Drawing review, tolerance analysis, tooling and material selection.
First-Off Inspection (FAI)
Full dimensional inspection of first component. CMM report generated for complex parts.
In-Process Checks
Operator checks critical dimensions during production to prevent non-conformance.
Final Inspection
100% visual inspection. Dimensional check as per sampling plan or customer requirement.
Documentation
Inspection report, material certificate and certificate of conformity issued with every batch.
