CNC Milling

We have eight CNC mills, all of which are manufactured by Haas. All programming for the mills is done offline using our CAD software of choice, OneCNC-XR8 Mill 3D Expert. We have a network-wide licence so every machine can have a dedicated CAD workstation PC.

We can machine sizes up to 1270mm x 508mm x 635mm. The mills are well equipped with two 4th axis modules which are fully programmable. Spindle speeds up to 12,000rpm ensure rapid removal of material.
